Looking back on 2023, I feel like the awareness of the LETS STATIONERY GOODS brand has increased compared to last year.

We have been receiving more inquiries from stores, many customers have been using LETS products at stationery events, and many people have been uploading photos of them on social media.

The situation is completely different from last year.

I am truly happy.

Over the past year, I've somehow managed to get through each day feeling moved every time, but at the same time feeling the pressure to "make an even better product!"

Although we are still a niche manufacturer in the stationery industry, we would like to grow our brand into one that makes our customers, who support us, think, "I'm glad I own a LETS product!"

I hope to continue creating exciting things in the future.

However, there are many things I regret.

There were seven shipping and inspection mistakes throughout the year, which caused a lot of inconvenience to our customers. We also had some issues with our wholesalers. We apologize for that.

In addition, procurement could not keep up with demand, resulting in product shortages from October to November.

As a manufacturer, there is nothing we can do about the situation where we are unable to procure parts, but we are trying various methods, such as purchasing in bulk, despite the risks involved, through trial and error.

We have also significantly improved our inspection system, and will continue to work hard to ensure that you can use our online store with peace of mind.

In 2024, we would like to push our limits to ensure that more customers can get their hands on our products.

We would like to continue developing products without forgetting LETS's concept of "Let's have more fun with stationery!"
